Late fees
We understand that there are times when you are held up for whatever reason in collecting your children. However this can impact upon staffing levels so we will charge a late fee if you are over 10 minutes later than scheduled. You will be charged a flat rate of £2 per minute late following this.
Payment of fees
Invoices will be sent to you monthly in advance. We do make a request that payment in full is made on a monthly basis by the 10 th of the month, in advance. You will be sent an automatic reminder by our accounting system. If you need to make alternative arrangements (such as weekly payments or an alternative date) then please speak to a manager.
Failure to pay by this given date after one initial reminder will be charged an admin fee of £54.
Payment can only be made by cash or direct bank transfer or we accept all work based child care vouchers (please ask for more information or account details).
There will be changes to child care vouchers and tax credits. For more information on this and how it can work best for you please refer to the childcare choices website as listed above.
Deposits
When enrolling your child you will asked to pay a deposit of £150 to secure a place.
£50 of this is a non refundable fee to cover admin costs, settling in sessions and staff home visits. The remaining amount will be credited against your first invoice.
